For this project carried out for Salomon Spain, I was in charge of the strategic restructuring of inventories to optimize the end-user experience. My job involved efficiently categorizing the brand's ski equipment, ensuring both product availability and asset management aligned with the quality and technical precision standards that characterize Salomon.
Additionally, this project allowed me to delve into inventory data analysis to forecast seasonal needs and improve the end-user experience. Thanks to implementing more agile control systems, we achieved a significant reduction in response times to demand, ensuring every client received the most suitable technical equipment for their specific track performance needs.
