Points acquisition process
Through a mobile app, users could earn points in different ways. On one hand, those buying Salomon products obtained QR codes that had to be scanned at participating stores. On the other hand, specific challenges were included, such as achieving a certain time on a mountain trail, to add a gamification component. These points accumulated in the personal profile, allowing each user to track their progress and aim for the main prizes: trips and race bibs for the best international trail running races.
The solution was a native mobile app for iOS and Android, featuring a clean and modern design in line with Salomon's identity. The app allowed users to register and create a profile, scan QR codes of purchased products, participate in challenges, and track their progress in real-time.
