Organizational transformation through Mindset Management
A digital ecosystem for business transformation.
bChange needed more than a corporate website. With a presence in 13 countries and over 5,000 active users, the company found itself with the paradox of having a product with real impact but without visual consistency, solid metrics, or scalable architecture. The challenge was to turn a traditionally consultative process into a SaaS experience capable of serving profiles as distinct as top management and operational staff simultaneously.
Three main challenges comprised the project: turning subjective perceptions about change into measurable data (People Intelligence), unifying commercial acquisition, administrative management, and the learning experience into a single interconnected environment, and finally, maintaining end-user engagement in a 100% digital environment through an immersive StoryLearning experience.
Roles
The identity, which was already provided, was built upon two merged metaphors: water as "adaptability"—be liquid—and space travel as "structured progression". The three-module program—Takeoff, Flight, Landing—articulated the entire information architecture, from onboarding to the launch of the final phases. Organic shapes, no right angles, deep blue with orange and mint green accents, invited users to participate in a relaxed and immersive way. A visual system supporting the tone without falling into HR sector clichés.
At the product level, the ecosystem was developed across four fronts on a central Node.js and MongoDB API:
- A conversion-oriented commercial website with 100% digital onboarding and Stripe integration so SMEs could purchase and configure licenses autonomously.
- A Partner area that centralized new collaborator acquisition and managed their validation process.
- A client management portal focused on user administration and global metric consultation.
- A learning platform with gamification and storytelling to facilitate user immersion and continuous progress.
The redesign finally unified the 4 platforms under a single digital ecosystem, preparing the product to scale without redesigning from scratch in each new market. The impact was immediate: over 70 corporate clients—including IBEX 35 companies and multinationals—adopted the platform, with a 91% completion rate among users starting the program and over 5K users managed systemically since launch.
